irrigated pasture or orchard crops typically grown in Tehama County.
Topography: The property
lies flat with a single elevation. Salt Creek and Little Salt Creek cross
the property from east to west.
Mineral Rights: Seller to transfer all oil, gas
and minerals rights owned by Seller.
Water:
Domestic water is provided by a submersible pump from a cased well.
Irrigation:
Irrigation water is provided from a 14” cased well powered by a diesel
