Solar: 54 panel ground mount solar system (10.3 Kw) constructed in 2012 results in near zero electricity costs. The lease with Sunpower was fully paid on the front end. In May of 2018, the early buyout option amount is $1,758.

Topography: McClure Creek, a seasonal waterway creates the eastern property boundary. Gyle Road is the northern boundary. The western and southern property lines are fenced using PVC fencing. Except for a small area along the creek, the land is fairly level.

Zoning: Tehama County Assessor Parcel Numbers 067-050-36. Zoning is AG-2, Agricultural - 20 acre minimum.

Mineral Rights: Oil, gas, minerals and other hydrocarbons lying below a depth of 100’ are reserved by deed recorded February 27, 1991.

Farmland: In 2015, Seller ripped, disked and landplaned about 12 acres to prepare the land for a 2016 planting of prunes. After deciding to sell, the land was planted to an annual grass mix which was harvested for hay.
