Power: Electrical power is next to property line of neighbor to the west.
Soils: Topography slopes primarily N towards Thomes Creek. On the E side of the property exists a steep ridge. About 50% of the soils closer to the creek are Class 2 soils, Arbuckle gravelly loam and Kimball gravelly loam which appear to have been dry farmed many years ago. About 30% of the soils are Class 3 soil, Kimball gravelly loam.
Water: There is a small year round reservoir on next to Round Valley Road and small spring adjacent to Thomes Creek.
Zoning: Tehama County Assessor Parcel Numbers 083-070-041 (74.88 acres) and 083-140-015 (172.86 acres).
